The role calls for a commercially driven, charismatic leader who can build a strong sales culture, develop agents, and deliver results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate consultants.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive sales of premium and ultra-luxury residential properties.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales professionals.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, pipelines, conversion rates, and performance.
- Build relationships with HNWIs, investors, developers, and key industry partners.
- Support agents with negotiations, closings, and complex high-value transactions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client network.
- Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism.

- Work is in person at the employer's Abu Dhabi location.
Requirements
- Experience and capability to lead and develop a high-performing real estate sales team.
- Commercial drive and the ability to build a strong sales culture and deliver results.
- Ability to develop sales professionals through recruitment, training, coaching, and development.
- Ability to manage sales performance against revenue targets and team KPIs.
- Ability to build relationships with HNWIs, investors, developers, and industry partners.
