Real Estate Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Extensive experience in managing property rentals, and development.
• Experience in managing payments, negotiating leases and legal documents , and determining rental rates.
• Experience working with municipalities to secure necessary entitlements.
• Solid understanding of financial principles to support project viability.
• K nowledge of applicable property law, taxes.
• Knowledge of property maintenance .
• K nowledge of project and construction management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient project management skills
• Minimum Required Education, Training and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree : Preferably in r eal estate, finance, business administration
• A minimum of 5 years ’ experience in commercial real estate . Preferably in Tenant Representation. Real Estate experience on the West Coast, preferably throughout the USA.

• Abilit y to e xpress or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word.
• Ability to receive detailed information through verbal communication, and to make discriminations in sound.

• 50 % T ravel , including to Hawaii and Alaska
