Work arrangement

Property and portfolio management
- Develop strategies, property plans, budgets, operating plans, and asset-management approaches aligned with organizational and investment objectives.
- Monitor occupancy, rental income, operating costs, tenant satisfaction, asset value, portfolio performance, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage properties, leases, development opportunities, tenant relationships, property records, and external service providers.
Leasing and financial management
- Develop leasing plans and coordinate tenant acquisition, negotiations, renewals, relocations, expansions, exits, rent reviews, and lease administration.
- Monitor lease obligations, payment requirements, rent collection, arrears, deposits, reconciliations, and tenant credit or retention risks.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial models, business cases, investment analyses, and reports covering income, costs, cash flow, profitability, and capital expenditure.
Transactions and projects
- Conduct market research and support acquisitions, disposals, due diligence, valuations, developments, refurbishments, fit-outs, handovers, inspections, and defect resolution.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, technical advisors, architects, engineers, contractors, project managers, authorities, and investment committees.
- Evaluate development concepts, space utilization, tenant requirements, feasibility, highest-and-best use, schedules, budgets, quality, and risks.
Operations and compliance
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, landscaping, building services, preventive maintenance, and facilities performance.
- Manage property-management companies, facilities providers, brokers, contractors, consultants, and vendors against service levels, budgets, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure licenses, permits, registrations, inspections, certificates, legal, safety, planning, environmental, accessibility, and property requirements are maintained.
Candidate requirements
- The candidate should have strong experience in real estate, property, asset, leasing, investment, development, facilities, or related property environments.
- The role requires experience managing properties, portfolios, tenants, leases, external providers, property finances, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- The candidate should demonstrate knowledge of leasing, tenant relations, rental negotiation, market research, valuation, investment analysis, property operations, maintenance, and facilities.
- The role requires contract management, negotiation, risk management, and knowledge of applicable property, building, safety, planning, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
