Overview

  • We are seeking an **Experienced Listing Manager in Real estate,** the applicant should be professional, skilled, and presentable.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English is a MUST.
  • Recommend you to join our rapidly expanding team and company.
  • A non exhaustive job description is as follows.
  • Manage the listing team and ensure the listings are accurate and up to date.
  • Optimizing advertising performance by understanding the unique ranking criteria for each channel.
  • Creating, Editing, Updating and Publishing listings on Property Finder, Dubizzle and Bayut thru the relevant CRM’s.
  • Writing marketing content, creating company advertising profiles and working with the operations team to understand the unique features and key selling points of the properties.
  • Searching for a new available units for rent and sale.
  • Strong communication with listing team and providing from them a big amount of calls.
  • Providing availability reports and prioritizing available properties across marketing channels.
  • Coordinate and assist the sales team to prepare sales and leasing offers, contracts, MOUs, issuing Tawtheeq contracts and filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with landlords, tenants and sellers.

Experience

  • Real Estate listing experience in Abu Dhabi is a Must.
  • 2 years as a listing manager is a must.
  • Real Estate Marketing Background Essential along with experience with specific property websites and local real estate CRMs. Experience with social media advertising would be beneficial.
