A newly established Abu Dhabi real estate brokerage is hiring a listing agent to develop its property portfolio and build relationships with owners.
Responsibilities
- Source properties for sale and rent across Abu Dhabi and build relationships with property owners and landlords.
- Secure exclusive and non-exclusive listing agreements; verify property details, pricing, and documentation.
- Coordinate property photography, marketing materials, and portal listings.
- Maintain an updated property database and follow up with owners.
Requirements
- Previous Abu Dhabi real estate experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of Abu Dhabi communities and the local property market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills; self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with ADREC/DARI and property portals is an advantage.
