is looking for a proactive and motivated
Listing Agent
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- **Generate new property listings through cold calling, networking, referrals, and personal connections.**
- Actively reach out to property owners and landlords to secure exclusive and high-quality listings.
- Coordinate with property owners to collect all required documents and information.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize property exposure and marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- 1ā2 years of experience in real estate sales or property listings.
- Proven ability to generate listings through networking and personal connections.
- Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, and other listing platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in
- Arabic and English
- is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and familiar with the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Salary
AED 3,000 ā AED 4,000 per month
(depending on experience and performance).
