**Eastern Sands Real Estate** is seeking an experienced Listing Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring property listings, conducting market evaluations, negotiating with property owners, and managing listings across various marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Source and secure new property listings.
2.
Conduct property valuations and market analysis.
3.
Build relationships with property owners and investors.
4.
Prepare and manage property advertisements and listings.
5.
Coordinate viewings, photography, and marketing activities.
6.
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
7.
Achieve monthly listing targets.
Requirements
1.
Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate listing experience.
2.
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market.
3.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4.
Experience
with CRM systems and property portals.
5.
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Bitrix24 is a strong advantage.
6.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
7.
UAE driving license preferred but not required.
Languages
1.
English required.
2.
Arabic and/or Russian is a strong advantage.
