Sale & Dwell Real Estate LLC is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced **Real Estate Leasing Agent** to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants and property owners.
- Understand clients' leasing requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Market and promote residential and commercial properties available for lease.
- Arrange, coordinate, and conduct property viewings professionally.
- Negotiate lease agreements and facilitate successful deal closures.
- Follow up with clients throughout the leasing process to ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly leasing targets.
- Maintain accurate property listings, client databases, and transaction records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the UAE real estate market, preferably in leasing.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
