Role Overview
THE AMMARA is seeking experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Investment Advisors to represent Dubai's leading developers and advise local and international investors on premium off-plan opportunities.
This is a commission-based opportunity designed for professionals who thrive in a high-performance environment and are committed to building long-term success through client relationships, strategic investment advisory, and consistent results.
You will work with high-value projects, guide investors through every stage of the purchasing journey, and represent THE AMMARA with professionalism, integrity, and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Advise investors on Dubai's latest off-plan launches and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international investors.
Conduct client consultations to understand investment objectives and recommend suitable projects.
Manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry through reservation and transaction completion.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of developer launches, payment plans, investment trends, and market performance.
Attend developer launches, exhibitions, networking events, and private presentations.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, strategic prospecting, and relationship development.
Deliver a premium client experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
Maintain accurate client records and activity within the Company's CRM system.
Requirements
Proven experience in Dubai's off-plan real estate market.
Strong understanding of developer projects, investment strategies, and payment structures.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Existing investor network is highly advantageous.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Passion for luxury real estate and investment advisory.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are essential.
Comfortable operating within a commission-only, performance-driven environment.
Commission Structure
Commission-only role
Competitive commission starting from 50%, with progression based on monthly performance.
Uncapped earning potential with opportunities to increase commission through consistent production and business growth.
