Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Analyst in the Real Estate sector, based in Riyadh.
The Financial Analyst will perform tasks including evaluating financial data, preparing detailed financial statements, analyzing current and past trends in financial performance, and assisting with financial reporting.
The role will also involve contributing to strategic financial planning and analyzing real estate market trends to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and the ability to develop actionable strategies based on financial insights
- Strong Analytical Skills, capable of interpreting complex data and deriving meaningful conclusions
- Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of tools such as Excel and financial modeling software
