Job Summary
Remax Premier Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Escrow Trust Accountant to join our finance team in Dafna, Doha.
The successful candidate will manage escrow and trust accounts, monitor real estate financial transactions, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile escrow, trust, and client accounts related to real estate transactions
- Monitor deposits, disbursements, and settlement payments for property transactions
- Prepare financial statements, trust account reports, and reconciliation summaries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar financial regulations
- Coordinate with banks, legal teams, property agents, and clients regarding transactions
- Review contracts, payment schedules, and transaction documentation for accuracy
- Assist with audits, financial reporting, and regulatory submissions
- Identify discrepancies and resolve account-related issues promptly
- Maintain confidential financial records and transaction documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, escrow management, or real estate finance
- Strong understanding of trust accounting and financial reconciliation procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
