Position Overview
IG-Inmobiliaria LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Coordinator to support daily operations, client management, and property transactions within our growing real estate portfolio in Lusail.
The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between agents, clients, developers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth coordination across all stages of the property lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate property listings, updates, and documentation across residential and commercial portfolios
- Assist real estate agents with scheduling viewings, client meetings, and follow-ups
- Manage and maintain accurate property databases and CRM systems
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and related real estate documentation for review
- Liaise with developers, landlords, and tenants to ensure timely communication and resolution of inquiries
- Support marketing efforts including listing publications, social media updates, and promotional materials
- Track leads, inquiries, and transaction progress to ensure timely conversions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations
- Provide administrative support to the sales and property management teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in real estate coordination, administration, or property management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/property management software
- Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is an advantage
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
