Job Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation (Video & Photography)

• Visit properties and capture high-quality photos and videos using mobile or camera
• Create engaging property walkthroughs, reels, and short-form videos
• Ensure proper lighting, angles, and presentation of properties

2. Video Editing & Posting

• Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
• Add captions, transitions, music, and branding elements
• Optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

3. Content Writing & Social Media

• Write engaging captions, hooks, and property descriptions
• Use relevant hashtags and trends to improve reach
• Plan and post content regularly across platforms

4. Organic Growth & Engagement

• Focus on increasing followers organically (no paid ads dependency)
• Create content that drives engagement (likes, shares, comments)
• Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats

5. Creative Ideas & Strategy

• Come up with fresh and creative content ideas daily
• Develop reels around property tours, lifestyle, and Dubai living
• Suggest trending and viral content concepts

6. Market Awareness

• Have a basic understanding of the Dubai real estate market
• Create content around market updates, investment opportunities, and communities
• Analyze competitors and trending real estate content

7. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with sales agents to understand properties
• Shoot videos featuring agents and their listings
• Support agents in building their personal brand

8. Performance Tracking

• Monitor content performance (views, reach, engagement)
• Identify what works best and improve content strategy

Required Skills

• Basic videography and photography skills
• Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Basic content writing skills
• Understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Creative mindset with strong idea generation
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate content creation (optional)
