As our Chinese‑speaking client base continues to expand, we are seeking a talented **Mandarin‑speaking Real Estate Consultant** to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Mandarin‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations.
- Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
- Provide accurate insights on pricing, ROI, community features, and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes.
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and cultural understanding.
Requirements
- Fluency in **Mandarin Chinese** and **English** (spoken and written).
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
