Altius Private is newly established real estate advisory based in Dubai.

We are not your typical brokerage, we operate above the noise; offering clients strategic investment advice that looks beyond the transaction, an approach built on long-term outcomes.

Our leadership team brings more than 30 years’ experience across London and the wider UK.

Building a successful multi-disciplinary real estate group operating in prime markets and at the intersection of public-private investment, working with funds, family offices and private investors.

We are assembling a small but highly skilled team that aligns with our approach, allowing the right candidate a genuine opportunity to grow with the company, collaborate directly with the founders, and with unrestricted access to operate across Dubai.

Offering an attractive commission structure, we are looking for those with previous real estate experience of 2+ years within the Dubai market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Present opportunities to clients and conduct viewings.
  • Identify and develop new business through networking, market engagement, and industry events.
  • Bring creative, considered approaches to generating new business.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of local market trends, legislation, and transaction procedures.
  • Manage the transaction process end-to-end, including sales agreements, addendums, MOUs, and POAs.
  • Maintain accurate client and property records across the company CRM and relevant portals.
  • Qualify leads and manage data in line with company process.
  • Meet individual targets agreed with management.
  • Operate in line with RERA standards and the firm's professional and ethical expectations.
  • Attend events, project launches, and other business commitments as required.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  • Minimum two years sales experience within the Dubai market is preferred
  • Valid RERA license
  • Must hold a UAE driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a proven record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages an advantage
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Flexible, client-focused approach
