Radiant Realtors is Dubai's first AI-driven brokerage, part of Radiant Group, a family business with 20+ years of real estate experience across development, contracting, leasing, and property management.
We've built our own AI engine, Radiant Intelligence, a bespoke in-house CRM.
We're hiring experienced agents only to join a brokerage that's a step ahead of the market.

What We'Re Looking For
- Proven, verifiable real estate sales experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- RERA certified, or equivalent active experience
- Comfortable in a commission-based environment
