Real Estate Consultant
to join our reputable real estate firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their requirements and budget.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and site visits.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Support negotiations between clients and property owners to facilitate successful transactions.
- Coordinate documentation and transaction processes to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and new developments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a customer-facing role (preferred).
- Basic understanding of the real estate market, property types, and sales processes.
- Strong interest in sales, client relationship management, and property advisory services.
- Ability to generate leads through calls, networking, and field activities.
- Willingness to learn negotiation techniques, closing strategies, and transaction coordination.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including professional email and telephone etiquette.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
