Role Description

The Real Estate Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

This role involves advising clients on residential and investment properties, conducting property viewings, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a client portfolio, researching market trends and new developments, preparing property presentations, and coordinating with developers, owners, and other stakeholders.

The consultant will negotiate offers, support clients through contract and documentation processes, and provide ongoing after-sales service to ensure a high-quality client experience.

The role also includes regularly attending launches, networking events, and internal trainings to stay informed on Dubai’s real estate market and KAI’s current inventory.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to advise on residential and investment opportunities.
  • Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing transactions.
  • Proven Negotiation capabilities to secure favorable terms while maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in delivering or receiving professional Training related to real estate sales, customer service, or market knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Comfort with client-facing work, on-site meetings, and property tours in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
  • Previous experience in Dubai or UAE real estate is highly beneficial; valid UAE driving license is preferred.
