Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand clients' needs and match them with suitable properties.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
- Guide clients through the entire sales or leasing process until closing.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, or Customer Service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Russian Language is a plus.
