- Identify and evaluate properties that align with client needs in Dubai.
- Leverage expertise in both off-plan and secondary markets to guide clients effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends and market conditions.
- Provide market insights, analysis, and tailored recommendations to clients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in Dubai real estate.
- Confidence creating video content for social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation
