Property Sales & Promotion
- Actively market residential and commercial properties using leading portals, social media, and networking channels
- Conduct property viewings, present features clearly, and guide clients through the sales process
Client Advisory & Consultation
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Build trust through expert advice and professional service from inquiry to completion
Leasing & Negotiation
- Assist tenants and landlords in leasing transactions
- Negotiate rental terms and manage the leasing process end-to-end
Market Expertise
- Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Provide data-driven insights to help clients make informed decisions
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and exceptional customer experience
Compliance & Documentation
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and transactional documentation
- Ensure full compliance with RERA and Dubai real estate regulations
Networking & Lead Generation
- Attend industry events, launches, and networking opportunities
- Proactively generate leads and expand your professional network
Performance & Targets
- Achieve and exceed sales and leasing targets
- Demonstrate a strong hunger for success and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum
- 6 months of real estate experience
- in Dubai
- Must be
- currently based in Dubai
- with the right to work
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven mindset
