Growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, currently expanding its sales team.
We are hiring experienced and motivated Real Estate Brokers / Property Consultants to work across both off-plan projects and secondary market properties.
This role is ideal for brokers who want to maximize their earning potential and work in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales of off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai
- Build and manage a portfolio of local and international clients
- Source and list properties (apartments, villas, and luxury units)
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation to closing and transfer
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new launches

Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of Dubai real estate experience (off-plan or secondary market)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- RERA certification is a plus
- Must be currently based in the UAE
