Indus Real Estate is hiring a dedicated and skilled
*Commission-Based Real Estate Broker*
to join our Sales, Leasing, and Off-Plan divisions.
This is a full-time, on-site role, and you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing expert market insights, preparing property listings, and conducting property viewings.
Property Sales, Leasing, and Promotion
- Market residential, commercial, and off-plan properties through approved property portals, social media, networking, and other company-authorised channels.
- Conduct property viewings and communicate property features, pricing, and relevant terms accurately.
- Assist buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords throughout the sales or leasing process.
- Support negotiations and coordinate transactions from initial enquiry through completion.
Client Advisory And Relationship Management
- Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Provide professional market guidance based on available property and market information.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain a professional customer experience.
- Listings and Documentation
- Prepare, update, and manage property listings accurately.
- Maintain organised client, listing, and transaction records.
- Assist with contracts, agreements, and other required transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with the company’s sales, marketing, administrative, and compliance teams.
Market Knowledge And Business Development
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, project launches, and competitor activity.
- Attend relevant property launches, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Generate business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and professional networking.
- Work towards agreed sales and leasing performance targets.
Regulatory Compliance
- Conduct activities in accordance with company policies and applicable Dubai real estate regulations.
- Ensure property information and client communications are accurate and professionally presented.
- Follow relevant RERA, DLD, and company compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- **At least 6 months of relevant real estate experience in Dubai is preferred.**
- Experience in property sales, leasing, brokerage, or another relevant client-facing sales role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.**
- A proven sales track record in real estate is a plus.
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain RERA certification is preferred
