Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Broker based in Dubai.
The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing property listings, facilitating property transactions, and assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
The role also involves building strong client relationships, conducting market analysis, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring each transaction is smooth and successful.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments, financing options, and market conditions
- Assist clients in making informed decisions that align with their real estate goals and objectives
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, including agents, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors
- Ensure all real estate transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in the Real Estate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
