Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Broker based in Dubai.
The Real Estate Broker will handle property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties, while providing tailored advice to clients.
Key responsibilities
include maintaining client relationships, conducting property market analyses, cold calling, negotiating deals, coordinating property viewings, and staying updated on market trends and regulations.
The role requires close collaboration with team members and a continuous pursuit of client success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate with a strong understanding of property laws and market dynamics
- Proven skills in Sales and Real Property transactions, including negotiation and closing deals
- Exceptional Customer Service with a client-focused approach and ability to build lasting relationships
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Valid real estate license in Dubai (RERA certification) or willingness to obtain one is preferred
