About Statly
Statly is a RERA-licensed, data-driven real estate brokerage.
We are a lean, focused company at the beginning of our growth journey.
We are not looking for someone to fill a seat.
We are looking for one experienced broker to join as Head of Sales, the person who helps build the Statly brand from the ground up, leads the sales operation, and grows into a true senior partner as the company scales.

Dubai, UAE with a focus on Dubai South
Type: Full-time, commission-based
Start: Immediate
You will be responsible for building the sales team and structure, designing the lead generation strategy, listing and closing both off-plan and secondary market transactions, advising clients using DXBInteract, Property Monitor, and developer reports, representing Statly at client meetings, viewings, and developer briefings, supporting the founder in establishing the brand and systems, and recruiting agents under you as the company grows.
What Statly Offers
Commission: 70% on every deal you close from your first transaction with no ramp period.
Title: Head of Sales, named as founding team on all company materials.
Portal listings: Bayut, Property Finder, and other platform credits covered by Statly.
Listing photography: Professional photography for your listings covered by Statly.
Tools: CRM access, area playbooks, market data, and developer NOC inventory.
Override: 4% on every deal closed by agents you recruit and lead.
Profit Share at Tier 2, unlocked at Month 6 when your first two agents are active: 10% of Statly's net quarterly profit, paid every 3 months, calculated transparently so you see every number.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai real estate and a solid understanding of how transactions work end to end.
A warm client book with buyers, investors, or landlords you have genuine relationships with.
A proven track record of closing deals in Dubai.
Strong communication in English and Arabic, with Russian, French, or Mandarin being a strong advantage.
A UAE driving license is preferred and your own laptop and mobile are required.
Experience
at a Dubai brokerage is required.
This is not an entry-level role.
