Role overview
Vertex Vision Real Estate is hiring area specialists to become experts in selected Dubai communities and serve buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords.
Focus areas include Dubai South, DAMAC Lagoons, Arjan, JVC/JVT, Meydan, and Dubai Land.
Your role
- Become a trusted area expert for buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords.
- Handle off-plan sales, secondary sales, and leasing from first lead to final closing.
- Conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and build long-term client relationships.
- List and market properties across leading portals.
What you bring
- Dubai real estate experience, ideally in one or more of the focus communities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset.
- RERA certification is a plus.
