Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate and Contracts Manager role based in the Riyadh Region.
The Real Estate and Contracts Manager will oversee the lifecycle of store locations, including identifying potential sites, coordinating feasibility studies, and supporting lease negotiations in alignment with the company’s expansion strategy.
The role includes drafting, reviewing, and managing leases and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
The manager will maintain a centralized contracts and property database, track key dates and obligations, and coordinate renewals, terminations, and amendments.
Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, legal, and projects), managing relationships with landlords and external partners, monitoring real estate performance, and preparing regular reports and recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate management, lease administration, or retail property portfolio management.
- Strong skills in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and risk assessment for commercial agreements.
- Solid understanding of local real estate regulations, commercial law principles, and compliance practices in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling for site evaluation, and preparation of business cases and reports.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with digital tools and systems for contracts, document management, and reporting (e.g., MS Office, contract management software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail, convenience stores, FMCG, or multi-site operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and travel within the Kingdom as required.
