Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Sharjah.
- The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, providing informed guidance throughout the entire transaction cycle.
- Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating terms in alignment with company policies and market conditions.
- The role involves maintaining accurate property listings, staying current with local market trends and regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closing processes.
- The agent will also provide ongoing customer service, follow up with clients, and help build a strong client network through professional communication and relationship management.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close deals
- Fluent English
