We work with leading developers including Emaar, Nakheel, Meraas, Sobha, Aldar, Binghatti, DAMAC and many others.
We are looking for experienced **Dubai Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants** who have a proven track record in Off-Plan and/or Secondary sales and are ready to grow with one of Dubai's leading brokerages.
What You'Ll Do
- Handle qualified buyer and investor leads provided by the company
- Sell Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties across Dubai
- Conduct client consultations and understand investment requirements
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, ROI and investment opportunities
- Negotiate and close property sales and rentals
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-up activities
- Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors
- Coordinate with developers, administration and operations teams

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of Dubai Real Estate experience** (Required)
- Experience in **Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market Sales**
- Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage)
- UAE Driving Licence preferred
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment
