Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan properties, developing strong relationships with clients, and staying updated on market trends. This role requires excellent sales skills, knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.
Sales & Client Management:
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from various developers in Dubai.
- Guide clients through the entire property purchasing process.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, and real estate regulations in Dubai.
- Analyse competitive market prices and provide insights to clients.
Property Presentations & Site Visits:
- Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and site visits with prospective buyers.
- Highlight key features and benefits of off-plan developments.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Negotiate property prices, payment plans, and terms with developers and clients.
- Ensure smooth closing of transactions and coordinate with legal teams.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Assist clients with paperwork, contracts, and payment plans.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai real estate laws.
Requirements:
- Minimum Dubai real estate sales knowledge, preferably in off-plan properties.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and project developments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling pressure.
- RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
