Real Estate Agent \| Morocco & Tunisia Real Estate Specialist

About The Role

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team.

This commission-only opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who are confident in their sales abilities and motivated by performance-based earnings.

The successful candidate will focus on generating leads, building client relationships, and closing real estate transactions within the Morocco and Tunisia real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the **Morocco and Tunisia** real estate markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Promote and present real estate investment opportunities to potential buyers and investors
  • Conduct client consultations and property presentations
  • Negotiate and close transactions to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize business opportunities

Requirements

  • Previous sales or real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in **Arabic and French** is required
  • English proficiency is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Knowledge of the Morocco and Tunisia real estate markets is highly desirable
  • Existing business networks and client relationships are a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
