About You
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team.
Requirements
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in real estate, with a background in property sales and client handling
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and current industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Proven negotiation skills with a successful track record in closing deals
- Professional, reliable, and maintains high standards of integrity and discretion
- **Valid UAE driving license** with access to a personal vehicle is required
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand property requirements, preferences, and budget
- Present and market properties effectively, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment value
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and industry partners to obtain accurate property details and market insights
- Actively participate in networking activities to expand client base and strengthen industry connections
- Provide continuous support to clients throughout the buying or selling process to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
