Role overview

What you'll do

• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
• Learn to source and manage listings for sales and leasing; promote properties through approved marketing channels and real estate platforms.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, assist clients with their requirements, and follow up with leads professionally.
• Support clients through buying, selling, and leasing; maintain client, lead, and property records in the company CRM.
• Work with management, owners, landlords, and developers, and follow company procedures and applicable UAE real estate regulations.

Candidate requirements

• Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome; previous real estate experience is not required.
• Candidates should have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and confidence building relationships.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, ambitious, target-driven, organized, and professional.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Candidates must meet applicable UAE employment and real estate licensing requirements.

Compensation and development

• The role offers a 50%–60% commission split, subject to the company's approved commission structure.
• The company offers hands-on learning and exposure to property sales and the off-plan market.
• Agents can develop sales, negotiation, and client-management skills within a professional team environment.
