Overview

**Liventra Properties** is seeking an experienced and driven **Real Estate Agent** to join our expanding team in Dubai.

This opportunity is ideal for ambitious real estate professionals who are confident in generating business and maximizing their earnings through a highly rewarding commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage property sales and leasing leads.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Achieve individual sales and leasing targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of Dubai real estate experience.
  • Valid **RERA Broker Card** (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.

Pure Commission-Based Role

  • **60% Commission to Agent / 40% to Company**
  • **No Basic Salary**
  • Unlimited earning potential for high-performing agents.
