We're looking for ambitious, driven individuals who want to build a serious career in Dubai real estate.
If you're looking for a fixed 9-to-5 job, guaranteed income regardless of performance, or a role where leads magically become sales, this position is probably not for you.

About Red Real Estate
RED Real Estate is a fast-growing brokerage specializing in luxury, off-plan, and investment properties across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah.
Our team works with serious buyers and investors, premium developers, and some of the most sought-after opportunities in the UAE market.
What You'Ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and building relationships with buyers and investors.
- Conducting property viewings and presentations.
- Managing client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Advising clients on investment opportunities and market trends.
- Negotiating offers and closing transactions.
- Building your personal brand through social media and networking.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activities.
Minimum Requirements
Before applying, please ensure you meet the following:
ā Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
ā Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate preferred)
ā Comfortable making calls and handling objections
ā Professional appearance and attitude
