Real Estate Agent - Dubai

Hiring: Real Estate Agent (Dubai) | 60% Commission Per Sale | No Basic Salary

This is a 100% commission-based position.

There is NO basic salary.

✔️ 60% Commission to the Agent on every successful sale

✔️ 40% Commission to the Company

✔️ Company-Provided Leads

⚠️ No visa will be provided.

NOC only.

⚠️ Candidates must already hold a valid UAE residence visa.

This role is ideal for experienced agents who are confident in closing deals and want to maximize their earning potential.

· Generate, manage, and successfully close property sales and rental transactions

· Provide expert guidance to clients on Dubai’s real estate market

· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

· Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals professionally

· Stay updated on market trends and community developments

· Strong knowledge of one or more of the following communities:

· Business Bay

· Downtown Dubai

· Arabian Ranches

· DAMAC Lagoons

· Dubai Marina

· Meydan

· Minimum 1+ year of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)

· Valid UAE driving license and own car

· Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (NOC required)

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven
