Overview
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Conduct property viewings and explain property features to prospective clients.
- Negotiate prices and contract terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, pricing, and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and process property documentation, agreements, and contracts.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, banks, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings in the CRM system.
