Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai.
The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, including sourcing listings, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market trends and investment opportunities.
Responsibilities
include generating and qualifying leads, negotiating offers, preparing contracts, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners such as developers, banks, and legal advisors.
The role involves delivering high-quality client service, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations.
The agent will also represent Azora Property at events, open houses, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and build a strong personal and company brand.
Qualifications

- nowledge of Real Estate practices and regulations in Dubai and the wider UAE.
- Proven experience in Sales and Real Property transactions, including negotiation and deal closing.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with the Dubai property market, including off-plan and secondary market luxury segments, is highly beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are an advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools for lead management, property marketing, and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong experience.
