- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Generate new business through networking, calls, and market expertise
- List and market properties using premium tools and platforms
- Conduct property viewings and valuations
- Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions
- Stay up to date with Dubai market trends and regulations
- Deliver a high-end, consultative client experience from start to finish
- You’ll Succeed In This Role If You Are
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and financially ambitious
- Confident, professional, and resilient
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- A proactive self-starter with a growth mindset
- Experienced in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment (preferred but not essential)
- In possession of a valid driving licence
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
