Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales in the Dubai, with a verifiable transaction history
• Valid Dubai driving license — essential for conducting viewings and client meetings across Dubai communities
• RERA Broker Card (active) or willingness to obtain certification
• Deep knowledge of Dubai's residential market — off-plan projects, DLD regulations, NOCs, etc.
• Proficiency in listing portals: Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and CRM platforms
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a strong advantage
• Track record of meeting or exceeding AED monthly sales targets in a competitive environment

What You'Ll Do

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, portal activity, referrals, and Aceclover's in-house lead generation system
• Conduct professional property viewings and community tours across Dubai's key residential and luxury developments
• Advise buyers, sellers, and investors on market conditions, property valuations, mortgage options, and ROI projections
• Represent and negotiate offers for both primary (off-plan developer) and secondary market transactions
• Liaise with DLD, developers, mortgage brokers, and legal teams to ensure seamless closing of deals
• Build a strong personal referral network and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
• Keep listings updated on Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle with accurate data, photos, and pricing
