Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai.
The Real Estate Agent will work directly with clients to understand their property needs, conduct property viewings, and provide guidance on buying, selling, and renting real estate.
Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, preparing and presenting property listings, and negotiating offers and contracts.
The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, coordinating with property owners and developers, and ensuring a professional, client-focused experience at all times.
The agent will handle required documentation, support clients through closing processes, and represent the company’s values of honesty and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property concepts.
- Proven experience in Real Estate transactions within a competitive market, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
- Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and communicate clearly.
- Familiarity with local property laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and contracts.
- Comfortable working on-site, conducting property tours, and attending client meetings across Dubai.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and real estate listing platforms; additional language skills are a plus.
