Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Real Estate Agent will support clients through the entire property lifecycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, property viewings, and transaction closure.
Daily responsibilities include sourcing and listing properties, conducting market research, preparing property presentations, and advising clients on investment opportunities and ROI.
The role involves coordinating and attending viewings, negotiating offers, drafting and reviewing agreements in line with local regulations, and liaising with developers, landlords, and other stakeholders.
The Real Estate Agent will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems, provide after-sales support, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold the company’s client-first, transparent service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property advisory, preferably in the Dubai or UAE market.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and provide tailored property solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Hindi/Urdu) are an advantage.
- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment concepts (ROI, yield, capital appreciation), and basic financial literacy.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze property data, and present clear, data-informed recommendations to clients.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct, with a client-first mindset and results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients, listings, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems, online listing portals, and standard office software.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation for property viewings and client meetings.
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain
