Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Real Estate Agent based in Dubai.
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting property viewings, and assisting with contract negotiations.
You will also be expected to market and advertise properties, generate leads, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Additionally, you will stay informed about the latest market trends and updates to provide expert guidance and advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Real Estate Leasing, Sales, and understanding of Off-Plan properties
- Proficiency in negotiating, closing deals, and client relationship building
- Strong marketing skills, including property advertising and lead generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with clients
- Ability to stay updated on real estate market trends and local property laws
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to work in a dynamic environment
- Previous real estate experience in Dubai is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Valid UAE driver's license and access to a car is preferred
