Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai.

The Real Estate Agent will manage the end-to-end sales and leasing process, including prospecting for clients, qualifying leads, and conducting property viewings.

Responsibilities

include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, preparing and negotiating offers, and coordinating necessary documentation.

The role involves maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of listings, creating accurate property descriptions, and ensuring high-quality client communication throughout each transaction.

The Real Estate Agent will also collaborate with internal teams, network with developers and landlords, and actively participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate new business.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License in the UAE or eligibility and willingness to obtain one promptly.
  • Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local Dubai market trends, property types, and transaction processes.
  • Proven Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and close deals ethically.
  • Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions and client advisory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling client information and financial matters.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously.
  • Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online property portals for lead management and marketing.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation for property viewings and client meetings.
  • Previous experience in the UAE real estate market is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated, coachable candidates.
