FCD Premium Real Estate Brokerage is hiring a small number of Dubai-based Property Consultants to join our sales team.
This role is focused on working with buyer and investor enquiries across both off-plan and secondary market opportunities.
We are looking for consultants who are disciplined, responsive and professional in the way they manage clients, follow up, build pipeline and move opportunities forward.
This is a
commission-based
sales role with structured support, including qualified enquiries, in-house marketing, active inventory, developer access and ongoing training.
The right candidate will be expected to bring strong work ethic, fast response times, consistent follow-up, CRM discipline and professional client handling.
Key responsibilities include
- Qualifying inbound buyer and investor enquiries quickly
- Setting clear next steps with clients, including calls, meetings and viewings
- Managing all leads and opportunities in the CRM with clean notes and follow-up tasks
- Prospecting daily through reactivation, referrals, outreach and relationship building
- Presenting projects, communities and opportunities clearly and professionally
- Explaining pricing, payment plans, timelines and value propositions
- Conducting viewings and client meetings to a high standard
- Handling objections, supporting negotiations and progressing deals
- Coordinating with developers, sellers and internal team members
- Keeping clients updated consistently throughout the process
- Staying informed on inventory, launches, market pricing and community performance
Requirements
- Currently based in Dubai
- 1–3+ years of sales or real estate experience
- Dubai real estate experience is preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Strong organisation, time management and follow-up discipline
- Professional appearance and client-facing communication
- Willingness to learn, be coached and follow company systems
