Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai.
The Real Estate Agent will manage the end-to-end sales and leasing process, including prospecting for new clients, qualifying leads, and conducting property viewings.
Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating terms to close transactions.
The role involves maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, new listings, and competitive properties, as well as regularly updating listings and marketing materials.
The Real Estate Agent will provide ongoing client support, ensure timely documentation and compliance with company and regulatory standards, and collaborate closely with colleagues and management to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate practices and regulations in Dubai.
- Proven experience in Sales with a focus on Real Property transactions and deal negotiation.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfort using CRM systems, property portals, and basic office software to manage leads and listings.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently on camera and as part of a team, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by client schedules.
