Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, identify new inventory, and proactively source prospective buyers and investors.
- Consult with clients to understand their financial profiles, investment criteria, and property preferences.
- Coordinate and conduct professional property viewings, open houses, and secondary market presentations.
- Implement strategic marketing campaigns to showcase luxury residential and commercial portfolios.
- Manage end-to-end sales and leasing negotiations, structure contract terms, and successfully close transactions.
