Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in purchasing, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional presentations to prospective buyers or tenants.
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of property listings.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Negotiate contracts, offers, and closing agreements between buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and review property documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and cold calling.
- Maintain updated knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with banks, lawyers, developers, and government authorities to facilitate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, Broker, or Sales Consultant.
- Valid Real Estate License/Certification as required
- Strong understanding of Real Estate operations- negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and property listing platforms.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.

- Ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Digital marketing and social media promotion experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
