Overview

• Generate new leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, and field activities.
• Conduct 150–200 outbound calls daily to qualify prospects and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, client meetings, and site tours.
• Present available projects clearly, highlighting features, pricing, payment plans, and investment value.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to improve conversion rates and client engagement.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and competitor offerings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on lead status and sales activity.
